How to Contract is partnering with global law firm Morrison Foerster to host four one-day ContractsCon events in 2023 for in-house counsel and professionals
We are bringing the practical training, fun, and friendship of ContractsCon to in-house counsel and professionals in San Francisco, New York, Boston and San Diego.

Here's what Laura Frederick shared:
"When I had the idea to take ContractsCon on tour and to partner with a global law firm to do it, I immediately thought, "MoFo."
There are lots of reasons for it.
First, I worked for five years in MoFo's Tech Transactions group in San Francisco, Hong Kong, and Singapore offices. (Fun fact - David Tollen also worked in MoFo's San Francisco office, but before my time.) So my connection with MoFo dates back to when I joined them in 2000. They taught me so much of what I know today.
Second, they get how to have fun and make jokes. You have to if your name is "MoFo." I needed a firm who would get that ContractsCon is not about stuffy traditional training found in so many CLE sesssions.
Finally, but most importantly, they are amazing lawyers. I've hired MoFo many times over the years when I needed the best outside counsel. I wanted to find lawyers whom I could trust to provide amazing training on complex nuances of contracts. I trust MoFo 100%."
